One very important thing that needs to be avoided during your recovery period is shower. The implanted grafts are not supposed to be washed by standing directly under the shower. You could however bathe and wash your body but for putting direct pressure of water over the grafts. You may clean it gently using a spray bottle and diluted mild shampoo

Resuming daily routine

Even though a FUE Hair transplant is a minimally invasive procedure and the healing is very quick, the experience of it varies widely from person to person. Most people can resume daily activities one or two days after the surgery and may even go back to work. One is advised to avoid strenuous physical activity like working out or lifting weights during the recovery period. Its very apparent that a procedure has been done on your scalp, so if you are conscious about your appearance or you need to be presentable somewhere you could pass it by wearing a hat or may be skip the event.

Pain

Pain killers are usually provided after a hair transplant procedure. Since a hair transplant is a surgical process, discomfort is expected but as compared to any other surgical process the pain is very minimal.
